Let's take a moment before we get into my staging services to clear up some potential confusion.

Just what do I mean when I say Do-It-Yourself Home Staging?

I mean anyone, whether they are selling their house by themselves or listing it with a Real Estate Agent, who wants to enhance the buying appeal of the house. And, they don't want to pay someone else to do the work. They want to do it themselves.

DIY Staging Services

Walk-n-Talk Staging Consultation

This service is customized for anyone who wants to Do It Yourself on a budget.

Together we walk from the curb, through the house, and into the back yard. We discuss how you can enhance the marketing of your house. We encourage you to ask questions and make suggestions.

We also encourage you to write your own Staging Plan by taking notes during our discussion.

Pricing:

Houses to 3000 square feet: Each Walk-n-Talk Staging Consultation takes about three hours and costs $150.
Houses over 3000 square feet: Each Walk-n-Talk Staging Consultation takes about five hours and costs $250.
If the house is more than 35 miles away from our office in Hendersonville, NC, basic travel expenses will apply.

Formal Staging Consultation

This service is customized for anyone who wants to Do It Yourself, but wants a formal, written road map to home selling success.

Together we walk from the curb, through the house, and into the back yard. We discuss how you can enhance the marketing of your house. We encourage you to ask questions and make suggestions.

We take the photos and make the notes. Then we create your Staging Plan for you. Your Staging Plan is emailed to you within four days.

Pricing:

Houses to 3000 square feet: Each Formal Staging Consultation takes about four hours and costs $250.
Houses over 3000 square feet: Each Formal Staging Consultation takes about six hours and costs $350.

$250 staging fee
Monthly rental of furniture and accessories will be below $100.

This staging service expands to the six most important presentation spaces of your home: Curb Appeal, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Living Room, Master Bedroom, Dining Room.

Pricing:

$400 staging fee
Monthly rental of furniture and accessories will be below $200.
The rental fee runs month to month.
If the house is more than 35 miles away from our office basic travel expenses will apply.

Referrals

We offer a 10% pricing discount for all referrals.

Real Estate Agents, that means the home

can be evaluated at no cost.

Then, if staging will enhance the presentation of the house,

the cost of a Staging Plan selected is reduced 10%.

Frequently, the Staging Plan is the only cost

associated with improving the marketing of the house.

Yes, we work weekends.

All Home Staging work is performed during daylight hours.
